What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the quantity and weight of the items you purchase and the destination Zip code for the delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted?

For your convenience, InvitingHome.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal online. For International orders we can accept Wire transfers – please email or call for details. As an added service we can process orders by phone, please call us at 781-444-8001.

How long will delivery take?

We ship from several locations across the United States. Generally shipping take about 3 – 4 work days. For large items that have to go freight shipping can take from 4 – 7 day’s work days. When your order is shipped out we will send you an email notification and tracking information from which you can see your delivery time frame.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you place your order an automated email will be sent to the email address that you provided. After ordering your request is processed and released to our Shipping & Handling facilities to pack and ship your items. After packing you’re boxes your delivery information is entered into S&H system and labelled. Packages are then picked up by the various carriers [UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or Freight line] for delivery. At this time we will email you all the Shipping tracking information so you can track your delivery process.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes – once an order is placed an automated email is sent to the email address you provided. If you did not receive and invoice, check your span folder and if it is not there please give us a call at 781-444-8001 so we can assist you.
