All plaster pedestals from our collection are unique works of art. All our pedestals are individually hand cast in latex molds. Pedestals are hand crafted from industrial strength white plaster. After being removed from the molds the pedestals are then carefully inspected and finished by hand. All our plaster pedestals are available unfinished or finished with gloss white paint. unfinished pedestals can be finished with any type of paint. Before painting your pedestals you should use a base coat first to seal the plaster. Plaster pedestals from our collection are recommended for interior use. All of the pedestals introduced on our website can be used as table bases. With plaster pedestals you can create coffee tables, end tables or dining tables. If you are going to use a single pedestal as a base, be sure that the top is no more than three times the diameter or width of the base. For larger table tops, at least choose a pair of pedestal bases to ensure sturdy support.
